Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Support your people. Strengthen your workplace.

Your people are your business. And when they feel supported—mentally, emotionally, and personally—everyone benefits.

More than counselling. A connected approach to workplace wellbeing.

Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides confidential support through telehealth, in-person counselling sessions, onsite support and Psychoeducational workshops designed to strengthen individual wellbeing and create psychologically healthy workplaces.

We believe EAP should be more than a service people access when they are struggling. Our unique approach focuses on connection, early intervention and building capability—helping organisations create cultures where people feel safe to seek support, have meaningful conversations and develop the skills to navigate stress, change and workplace challenges.

Our team of experienced counsellors and wellbeing professionals provide support across trauma-informed practice, emotional wellbeing, burnout, resilience, relationships, communication and leadership wellbeing. By combining professional support, workplace connection and practical education, we help organisations move from a reactive approach to a proactive culture of psychological health.

Supporting people. Strengthening culture. Building healthier workplaces.
